  • Children, adolescents: Safety and efficacy in children have not been established. Therefore, Vesicare is not recommended for children.
  • Patients with Renal Impairment: No dose adjustment is required for patients with mild to moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance> 30 ml / min). Patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml / min) should be treated with caution and not to exceed 5 mg once daily.
  • Patients with hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment is required for patients with mild hepatic impairment. Patients with moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh index of 7 to 9) should be treated with caution and not to exceed 5 mg once daily.

Angioedema (skin allergy that results in swelling occurring in tissues just below the skin's surface) with airway obstruction (dyspnea) has been reported in some patients on Solifenacin succinate. If angioedema occurs, Solifenacin succinate should be discontinued immediately and appropriate therapy or measures should be taken.
